Dear Rich and Melissa,

I have always had an interest in Real Estate and I’m looking for a way to learn more about the business while at the same time using my current skills and experience. My education is in business administration, and my professional career has been in photography, marketing, and content creation.

I learned about your company initially because I live right down the road (between Landrum and Canal). I drive by your new office every day and I decided to look it up and learn more. I appreciate the boutique style of your business—being able to have more of a personal connection with your clients. Also, I love the “Love where you live” ethos. My wife and I really feel like we found a special little spot here in the woods right between the river and ocean. We love how Palm Valley is close to all that Jacksonville and St. Augustine have to offer but also how it feels a bit removed (in a good way).

I am hoping that you could use a new member of your team to help bring in new clients and to help around the office. I would love to promote what makes the area so unique through photos, videos, social media, and blog posts.

Besides being valuable to your business, it would also be very beneficial for me to learn about real estate first hand as I am considering studying for my license.
